Where to Study? Tõutsi Aeroclub Flight School

The world of aviation is closer than ever. Since 2024, an official flight school has been operating alongside Tõutsi Aeroclub, offering high-quality and personalized training to everyone dreaming of independent flight. Our school is specifically designed for those who wish to acquire the skills to pilot a light aircraft for leisure or as a foundation for a future career.

Professional Training and Real Results
We train aviation enthusiasts to fly under Visual Flight Rules (VFR). The training culminates in a pilot rating for either the internationally recognized PPL(A) (Private Pilot License) or the LAPL(A) (Light Aircraft Pilot License).

A Growing Community: There are currently 11 students undergoing training at the flight school. First Wings: 2025 marked a significant milestone for the school, as our first pilot successfully completed the entire curriculum and was ceremoniously awarded their pilot's diploma.

Flexible Training Environment: Tõutsi and Tartu
To provide students with a versatile experience, practical training takes place in two distinct locations. We utilize the private and tranquil atmosphere of Tõutsi Airfield as well as the controlled airspace of Tartu Airport. This combination provides future pilots with the proficiency to operate on both grass strips and at international airports, where precise radio communication and procedural knowledge are essential.
